The craft beer scene has blown up the last few years. Data from 2012 shows there was a total of 2,475 breweries and as of 2018 that number reach 7,450. Understanding that means knowing how downright competitive the craft beer scene is and how getting into that business requires a tough skin and the ability to sustain oneself for a while until the brewery is able to generate some profit. Talking with Gary, one of the owners of Cadillac Straights Brewing Company, we got a look inside how the 6 months have gone and where they are looking to go in the future.
