We started this journey talking about gratitude in business and what that means and looks like. As the next step, we talk today about "what is your why and why it matters!'' Leaders across the board stress the importance of a lot of things but having a clear and resounding WHY in business is what can drive and point the direction of the business. We spent a couple of minutes going over some questions to ask and follow up. We also got some a couple of great thoughts from leaders in the area of leaders!

The amazing thing about business is that there are ones that are meant to make it easier for consumers and there are businesses that are meant to make it easier to be in business. Sonny has taken his real life experience and put that to the test by creating an agency and brokerage that can transcend the "normal" practices that are done today and offer some bigger and better.

The craft beer scene has blown up the last few years. Data from 2012 shows there was a total of 2,475 breweries and as of 2018 that number reach 7,450. Understanding that means knowing how downright competitive the craft beer scene is and how getting into that business requires a tough skin and the ability to sustain oneself for a while until the brewery is able to generate some profit. With the internet these days, the availability to create content, a product or service and get it out there is so much more viable.
