I’ve been asked how do I do so many things and juggle so many things... I have some useful tips on how to prioritise your time use useful tools such as your phone calendar and notes, adapt to change and how to play to your strengths, looking at your long term and short term goals and breaking these into manageable tasks... being able to say no to things don’t take on too much, live a little and achieve a better balance in your life and finally review your life and goals and above all else maintain a positive motivated attitude

In S1 E1 in this episode I talk about 5 key challenges start ups and entrepreneurs may face from concept to launch, looking at identifying a gap in the market, concept testing, boot strapping, challenges and problems faced, plateau period or even nose dive and the way you can learn to push through and create a vision and pathway to success
