Acts 2:1-13. The Spirit, promised by Jesus, is poured out on his followers. The wailing of a rushing wind, tongues of fire, spoken signs of unknown languages. Bystanders hear the commotion, come running and foreigners hear the wonders of God proclaimed in their own native languages by uneducated Galilean fishermen. The Spirit of God has arrived, and nothing on earth will ever be the same again.
