In this episode we recount our recent trip to Manchester for the Crimbocrawl, a yearly event set up by our friends at Beer O’Clock show podcast. This episode we talk about the Independent Manchester Beer Convention, or as everyone knows it: Indyman. Held every October in Manchester it is the most popular beer festival amongst modern/craft beer fans. We discuss our time at the festival and the fringe events and other Manchester taprooms, bars and pubs we visited. Also we sample some rare beers from New York brewery Finback and a very limited release from Deya. For episode 20 we headed over to Redditch to visit Lab Culture Brewery. We spoke to sales and collaboration manager John Waterman about the unique set up they have, running a brewery integrated into a hi-tech vertical farm that grows vegetable crops under LED lights.

We sample two of their beers, the Galilale Galilei west coast style IPA and their Chocolate Milk Stout.
