"Say His Name" and "Don't Say His Name" 

Beetlejuice (1988), directed by Tim Burton, follows a recently deceased couple, Adam and Barbara Maitland, who haunt their former home and enlist the help of the mischievous spirit Beetlejuice, played by Michael Keaton, to drive away the new living occupants. The film also stars Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz and Geena Davis and Alec Baldwin as the Maitlands.
