It's nearly my birthday - the one where I turn 37 but first let's take a trip down memory lane, back to the 90's and 00's before the pressures of life sat on our face and suffocated us. In this week's episode, I am feeling all nostalgic, growingand learning to be ok with not having achieved it all and more by 37. I also have a BIG announcement and we're all heading down under!!
