Still reeling from the shock of this massive upset, Kez and Courtney attempt to bring order to your world and explain what happened when the posterboy of British boxing Anthony Joshua faced unfancied Andy Ruiz Jr.

Promoter Eddie Hearn wanted to make a fight that would live long in the memory --and it did, but perhaps for the wrong reasons.

And even in his worst nightmares he could not have envisaged what went down, as 'Dad bod' Ruiz delivered a sterling performance and knocked out the previously undefeated Joshua --and took his 4 Championship belts.

Ruiz is now Heavyweight champion of the world, making history in the process by becoming the first Mexican to do so. We salute!

In Before the bell Episode 7 Courtney and I get straight to the business of discussing the weekend's biggest boxing match.

Ending with a crunchy knockout that made a sound that seemed to reverberate around the entire planet as the crowd gasped in awe. 

Deontay Wilder vs Dominic Breazeale had been brewing for a while, with lots of animosity between the two fighters.

And as we predicted last week it was the Bronze Bomber from Alabama (looking like a character from Game of Thrones) that achieved his 20th first round knockout and almost sent his opponent to the morgue -- just as he threatened to.

In other news - Billy Joe Saunders fought to a packed arena against Shefat Isufi.

We marvel at yet another clinical display from the undefeated 29yr old.

UFC 237 provided its own sickening finish in the title Fight between Thug Rose Namajunas 'The Ballerina' and Jessica Andrade 'The Piledriver' which left the defeated Rose in doubt as to her future in the sport. 

With MMA covered we turn our attention to Boxing and go deep on Hurd vs Williams, which delivered a result not many expected.

Then we preview the weeks ahead with Knockout specialist Deontay Wilder in action and The Infamous Billy Joe Saunders fighting at a sold out stadium.

A packed show indeed.

In todays show we go deep on Canelo v Jacobs. The Big Event of the weekend from the Home of Combat Sports --Las Vegas. 

Canelo Alvarez from Mexico vs Daniel Jacobs from Brownsville NY. Both fighters came from tough backgrounds and have risen to the top of the middleweight division.

Canelo the Superstar of Golden Boy has all the belts and was looking to pick up another -- Daniel Jacobs' IBF crown.

This fight would create a unified champion of sorts - one man to rule them all.

We also review UFC Fight Night 151 Cowboy - Iaquinta, featuring the man with the most wins in UFC history.

Plus women's MMA Invicta Championship.

Then we Preview UFC 237 - Thug Rose Namajunas - Andrade, HURD v Williams, Douglas Lima vs. Michael Page. Finally a real opponent for MVP.

An electric weekend of fighting, especially in MMA with top rated cards in Bellator 220 and UFC Fight Night 150

Plenty to talk about as fan Favourite Rory Macdonald took on Jon Fitch, Jacare Souza against the fast rising Swede Jack Hermansson, and the female strawweight champion Ilima McFarlane in action too, ending the fight in spectacular fashion with a brutal elbow.

But even in boxing there were fireworks in the heavyweight bout featuring British young talent Daniel Dubois.

We preview next weekend May 4th with what could be the biggest boxing event of the year Canelo Alvarez up against the kid from Brownsville Daniel Jacobs

Plus quick mentions from the world of fighting including Darren Till getting arrested with his lads on Tour in Spain

Amir Khan and Terence Crawford fought in a tense battle until the 6th round when an accidental low blow went on to cause what some have dubbed a 'farcical' finish.

In the other big boxing event: With no title on the line it was all about national pride as Flamboyant instagramer and Puerto Rico's pride Danny Garcia took on the tough Mexican Adrian Granados. We talked up both fighters last week and the result of this match was certainly a surprise for Courtney.

Moving on to MMA the veteran of 20 years Alistair Overeem took on the 'Boa Constrictor' Oleinik

Featuring Title Fights Holloway v Poirier 2, Adesanya v Gastelum and Lomachenko v Crolla

In boxing, Lomachenko v Crolla produced a sickening knockout in Rd 4. We rate both fighters performances and as you'll hear I don't hide any of my disappointment!

In this bumper packed show there's more: We preview the comeback of Britain's Amir Khan, after his devastating knockout loss to Canelo Alvarez. With this event at the iconic Madison Square Gardens on the 20th of April we ask what's in it for both fighters as Terence Crawford and Amir both have very different motivations for this bout.

We also preview Courtney SayNoMore's pick of the week Danny Garcia vs Adrian Granados, which promises to bring fireworks in this Puerto Rico / Mexico grudge match.

First up Courtney and I talk about Holloway vs. Poirier 2 and discuss why even though Poirier has defeated Holloway before, the "Blessed" era Holloway is looking indomitable after fantastic performances against Brian Ortega and Jose Aldo.

Next up we talk Adesanya vs. Gastelum and delve into the Israel "Stylebender" Adesanya hype machine and discuss why the Nigerian/New Zealander is indeed special. But Kelvin Gastelum has been surging up the rankings after solid recent performances and the Yuma, AZ native is known for derailing hype trains after smashing the scary Uriah Hall.

Boxing fans rejoice as we also review the Errol Spence Jr/Garcia championship boxing match, scoring both fighters and rating the fight.
