Why is the age 50 considered to be a rookie in golf? When Craig started thinking about The Champions Tour and the steps to get his game ready to compete at the professional level.

He won the qualifier at Edgewater CC in Portland shooting 65. The reason why he went there to qualify for The US Senior Open. His thoughts on the course the open was played, which was Sentry World in Stevens Point, WI. Did the course change throughout the week?

What his day was like with an afternoon tee time on Day 1? Was the quick turnaround from a late tee time Thursday to an early one on Friday an issue? Challenge to play smart vs trying too hard….After making the cut, did he feel more relaxed on Saturday? He birdied 2 of the last 3 holes on Saturday, did he find something as he carded -5 on Sunday.

Did Craig notice he was appreciating things more, the support from the Vegas community, and will we see him more on The Champions Tour?

What is the Sabenadica Club?

How old were the guys that were labeled as the Young Italians and how bad did the FBI want to get them? Who was Ferrell Travis Riley and how much did Cheryl (Coon) Riley benefit him? They ran scams all over the globe that estimated gross receipts of $28 million!

Hear about how two guys tried to swindle Travis into a double deal in which they end up getting charged with 19 counts of wire fraud and one becoming an informant.

How big a player was Travis’s son, Joe Riley? Were the FBI after him because of his actions, his father, or both? Michael Albanese was part of the Young Italians, but how did he and Joe work together. The Young Italians were part of a drug ring that was linked to the KC Mob and the Cali Cartel in Columbia and Frank explains how big this was.

Joe Bartels, the next-door neighbor to Joe Riley, was a paid informant. Learn about Bartels involvement and if he was placed by the FBI.

The people Joe Riley hung around including an old time KC mobster at the Italian Gardens. A reverse sting set up the FBI at a Motel 6 to sell cocaine that ends up with FBI shooting and killing someone who shot another guy who survived and the guy sitting outside in the car being charged with felony murder!

This leads us to Oscar Goodman and his involvement in this case and how he possibly saved Frank “Lefty” Rosenthal’s life.

An all-star distinguished panel joins me to talk in detail about the Las Vegas Skim. The panel includes Gary Jenkins, a former KC Police Intelligence Detective that investigated the skim and the host of Gangland Wire Podcast. Geoff Schumacher, an author & VP of Exhibits & Programs at The Mob Museum. Larry Henry, veteran print reporter that runs the LV History & Mob Summit Facebook groups.

What is the skim? Get the background from prohibition days.

Gary gives us a great in-depth how the skim was uncovered that tells the story of the rise of Nick Civella, who he was, the Spero-Civella War, and the bug at Villa Capri Pizzeria that first heard the mob bosses talking about the money from Las Vegas.

Hear about the Marlo Tapes which was a house in full view of three Civella houses. These tapes heard clear description of the skim along with Carl Thomas who was seen as clean by Nevada Gaming Control Board. We discussed the use of code names that disguised who people were. Why didn’t Joe Agosto like Frank “Lefty” Rosenthal who served as an executive consultant for three casinos, & issues Cork Civella and Tuffy DeLuna had with Rosenthal.

The best kept notes in mafia history! Operation Strawman that was two trials under one investigation. Some of those convicted and who was Peter Tamburello? Why was Tony Spilotro tried later? Gary is now on the hunt to find out the reasons why Tuffy DeLuna was severed from the trial that was kept under seal.

The panel talks about Allen Glick (Argent Corp Owner), Tamara Rand (Investor), Alan Dorfman (Insurance Agency Owner), & Former Teamsters President Roy Williams. Was part of the mob downfall that the thought & acted like the owed Las Vegas?

We begin with learning on where his music influence comes from, his plan when studying French & Russian in college, and his days as a folk singer that includes us talking about The Newport Folf Festival.

How did he land the gig to work on The Beatles Last Tour in 1966. He tells about the pandemonium that surrounded the tour, a story about a drumhead, flying on the same plane with the band, and a strange connection he developed with George Harrison.

Signing with Capitol Records with his own group and breaking up without a release of a record! Producing and working with Don McLean on “American Pie”

His new passion which is………...? The relationship between musicians being photographers, how he started taking pictures of underwater nudes when he can’t swim! Why does he not care for headshots? His series called Desert Realty that tricks you and me.

Is his life, right place, right time, or luck?
