Co-Hosts: Jim Huber & Jason Holzer (4D Leaders)
The second-hour shifts focus to coaching, leadership, and the critical role of mentors in youth sports. Jim Huber and Jason Holzer of 4D Leaders lead a robust conversation on how parents, coaches, and communities can collaborate to create a supportive and development-focused environment for young athletes.
Special guests include Trevor Rosenthal, former MLB pitcher, who shares personal insights into the impact of excellent coaching and mentorship throughout his career.
Jeff Sopha and Shon Plack then join to discuss their efforts to expand baseball access in Kansas City, mainly through the Royals Crown League, which ensures that kids from all backgrounds have the opportunity to play and develop.
