YouTuber FPSRussia, whose real name is Kyle Myers, once operated the most successful firearms and explosives channel on the platform. What set his content apart from all the rest was Kyle’s performance as “Dmitri Potapoff”, a reputed Russian from Moscow who would explore the ins and outs of a new firearm in each video, all while entertaining his audience with anecdotes in a thick, and fake, Russian accent. It was a winning formula and one that has attracted a whole lot of eyeballs – in fact, despite not having posted a single video to that channel in well over five years, FPSRussia continues to grow its subscriber base as more and more people discover it. Today, it has nearly 7 Million followers. So, why hasn’t Kyle uploaded anything since 2016? Well, to make a long story short, the reasoning involves serious crime, a handful of Federal Raids, a prison sentence, and a recent cancer diagnosis. In other words, the former FPSRussia, well, he’s got a lot on his plate. But has he disappeared for good?

Giannis Antetokounmpo, the man who’s best known as “The Greek Freak”, is a basketball superstar of such remarkable ability that he’s become one of the most popular celebrities in all of Greece, the country of his birth. But for most of Giannis’ childhood, he was largely considered a foreigner by those very same people he met on the streets of Athens. As the son of African immigrants, he and his parents lived in constant fear of deportation back to Nigeria. Not only that, but he had to fight tooth and nail to get people to believe in his abilities on the hardcourt – even if that meant sharing running shoes with his brothers because his family was so poor they could only afford to own the one pair. Today though, it’s a different story, and Giannis, well, he’s basically the king of the NBA, sorry LeBron. With the Milwaukee Bucks making a run all the way to The Finals for the first time since the 70’s, Giannis is looking to bring the Larry O’Brien Trophy home to Milwaukee, Greece, and Nigeria.

If you’ve ever heard the song “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)”, then chances are you’ve heard of the rapper Silento who climbed to nearly the top of the Billboard Charts back in 2015 with this one-hit-wonder. But ever since that moment, Silento has made more headlines for this erratic behavior than he has his music. In the summer of 2020, he was arrested not once, but twice, for committing some seriously bad acts, one of which involved a hatchet. And now, less than a year later, he’s been arrested once again, this time for committing a serious crime on his cousin, Frederick Rooks, who was found shot and passed away on January 21st, 2021. At this point in time, Silento is being held under lock and key at DeKalb County Jail as he awaits his pending trial. But how did a young man with so much potential and talent wind up throwing it all away?

When it comes to modern-day Hollywood megastars, few people can compare to award-winning actress Scarlett Johansson. After beginning her professional acting career at the young age of 7, Johansson wowed critics and fans alike with iconic roles in Lost in Translation, Match Point, Under the Skin, and, of course, Marvel's Avengers franchise. But before she was Black Widow. Well, it turns out, her childhood growing up in New York consisted of her family living off of welfare. Plus, her personal life hasn't exactly been smooth sailing with a number of broken hearts and lost opportunities we will let you know about a little later on in this video.

It hasn’t taken long for “90 Day Fiancé” to become one of TLC’s flagship series. The show is currently on its eighth season and nearly as popular as ever thanks in large part to the man whose small stature meshes unbelievably with his larger-than-life persona – I am, of course, talking about none other than Big Ed. Few reality stars have skyrocketed to fame quicker than Big Ed Brown. After first appearing on “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days”, viewers couldn’t get enough of his car-wreck of a relationship with Rose as he did his best to both woo her and sabotage himself at every turn – like getting himself a vasectomy despite the fact that Rose wanted to have more kids. Since that season-wrapped production, Ed has continued to capitalize off his image by returning to the series that made him famous as a cast member for “90 Days: The Single Life” where he has opened up about his newest relationship with a woman named Liz. But will this relationship succeed after his former attempts have failed so spectacularly? And what’s going on with these accusations of harassment from Ed’s past? Stay tuned to find out!

On the DARK SIDE OF FAME is a different story altogether and throughout the course of its seven years on television, “90 Day Fiancé” has given us reality stars who are constantly having run-ins with the law, cheating on one another, uttering racial slurs, or generally just being horrible, horrible, people. I mean, why else do you think so many of us watch? So, I hope you guys will join me as we plunge into “90 Day Fiancé” -- The Dark Side of Fame.

Drake and Michael B Jordan were recently spotted courtside at a Sierra Canyon game. But it was basketball star Amari Bailey’s mother, Johanna Leia, who grabbed all the social media attention. Drake was standing right behind her and we all know how Drake likes his ladies. Well for his recent date with Johanna Leia he decided to up his game and not only take her to dinner but to rent out the entire Dodgers stadium. But who is the lucky lady? Well, Johanna Leia is a former model for Wilhelmina and Ford who stars on the Lifetime reality series Bringing Up Ballers. I dunno how Amari Bailey feels about his mom dating the GOAT but I got a feeling he’s pretty used to men knocking on the family door to speak to moms.

In today’s constant news cycle, viral celebrities don’t always get their 15-minutes of fame -- more often than not, it’s more like 15-seconds – but the enigmatic content creator known as The Backpack Kid is looking to change that narrative. This young man kicked off one of the most popular dance crazes ever a few years ago when he dropped “The Floss” on all of our unsuspecting eyeballs. But as much as that dance might have captured the minds and hearts of all those who saw it, typically, if you truly want to make it as a content creator or influencer, you’ve got to bring a little more to the table than just one dance move. Thankfully for the Backpack Kid, whose real name is Russell Horning, he’s got a few other talents up his sleeve, including the ability to rap. Look, we live in a world where, inexplicably, the “Cash Me Outside Girl” has turned her 15-seconds of fame into a full-fledged music career, so why not The Backpack Kid as well? In today’s episode of Where Are They Now, we’re gonna see if he can do just that.
