In today's episode I talk about the importance of Trusting in God is the process of becoming our greatest selves. This topic was completely unplanned. However, it is something that I needed to discuss before we go any further.

Today I talk about my experience of controlling the mind in the month of October. I did fall of the wagon and I am working on picking myself up and getting back into the swing of things. I put emphasis, throughout the podcast, on the fact that slow progress is better than no progress at all. The journey will not be easy, we may fall a couple of time, but all things will work together for our good... The important thing is that we keep trusting in God and his timing and we keep moving forward.
