Today we end our 4week series HEARTBREAK RECOVERY on special note by discussing how to give yourself better and quicker chances of recovery. You can't be fully recovered from a heartbreak when your not intentional about it and consistent with your recovery process.

Break up never just occur, they always show signs in advance before they eventually happen. So when it gets to the stage of the "heartbreak" it's important to face it squarely and not be in denial and that is what this episode is about; ways to deal with heartbreak.
