Grief is no easy Monster to co-habitat with in your life. Grief can often times be accompanied by its gremlins friends Pity, Guilt, Anger, Remorse, Anguish- as if Grief wasn't enough by itself. I feel I not only wrote this episode for myself as a way to process an astounding loss in my life, but for those who too are plagued with the ever flowing faucet of intense and often times low vibrational thoughts that make you feel like you're drowning and may never resurface. Starting today whatever low vibe mantra you're pitching to yourself this week surrounding the loss of a loved one- I kindly ask that you pause, breathe and remember their last day should not erase the entirety of their LIFE.
