Originally from Venezuela, Patricia came to the UK almost two decades ago to learn English but soon fell in love with the country and decided to stay. She is now a career confidence coach who focuses on helping immigrant women to gain confidence and elevate their professional career. Other people like her (immigrants, with an accent and different from the crowd) started asking how she could help them get ahead too and that is how she began her career coaching business while still climbing to the top of her profession. She believes we need more women in leadership positions and wants to help women reach the top with her because together we are stronger! With a two decade-long successful corporate career in the Tech World she is currently a Senior Agile Delivery Lead for a video streaming German media company, a podcaster, an evangelist of healthy living and a mum of two. Her biggest challenge is to give her neurodiverse son the best life he can have in a world more aware of diversity and inclusion and to follow her purpose of helping people become the best version of themselves while living an extraordinary life.
