Mindfulness is a self awareness technique in which one becomes self conscious of himself or his environment. This book basically deals with mindfulness meditation. It teaches one to be mindful in a lot of things.
Within the early pages of the book are benefits of the mindfulness and then, there are tips on how to get started.
This is a really great book and for those that want to start practicing mindful meditation, this book will definitely put you on the right path. While reading about mindful meditation, I realized that I have been doing something similar, without the idea that I am actually practicing mindful meditation unknowingly. Now I know better, and would be improving on myself and adopt fully, the true form of mindful meditation.
Very good for your money.
This book is absolutely astonishing. It gives me a peace of mind at work when I'm trying to relax from my annoying boss. It gives me a very clear mind at home so I can deal with everyone and zone them out while hearing nothing and relaxing. One of the good things about it is that you don't have to be experienced to do any of this. The only thing you have to do is get the book and read a few pages and there you go you're a grandmaster at it. It very easy and interesting to read and will keep you anxious about every page.

I work as an apprentice chef at a restaurant and I find myself panic most of the times since It's pretty chaotic here.
I struggle to maintain the workflow and sometimes my boss really takes it out on me.
I gotta say this book is amazing and helped me greatly in dealing with that, if I ever start to panic I just take a 10 second break and meditate.
It calms me down immediatly and it keeps me going to get the job done.
Highly recommended, life-changing book.
No techniques at all
This book is one more among so many others filled with obvious statements you can find for free on the Internet.
I read other reviews and had the impression this one got real and practical techniques but it doesn't.
