In this episode, I am wrapping up my weight lifting for beginners series. Lifting weights can be intimidating, after working with so many people I realize that still to this day in 2023 there are many people who do not understand the importance of strength training and the utilization of resistance within exercise. This episode i simply discuss my top exercises for each muscle / area of the body. I chose 1 exercise you can perform in the gym, and 1 body weight exercise you can perform from home.
