This episode was originally just an episode that I, wasn't going to post. but listened back to it and decided that this was a perfect first episode and a good start to L'Sayz Podcast. In this episode I talked about life after stopping therapy after going consistently for nearly 5 years straight. I talk about my journey now to becoming my best self as well as some struggles I've faced along the way. I also talk about how this journey has impacted my faith and some changes I want to make going forward. In this episode I vented a lot in a brain dump kind of way which then allowed me to better understand myself and this journey I'm on. I believe there is something in this episode for everyone, especially those who may be experiencing changes in their lives or are in the beginning stages of a process which in this case for me is my, podcast.
