Sit down with me and Jaksen Daddo as we discuss all things Behavioural Change and the importance of its surrounding factors. Jaksen works for ‘The Shannon Company’ which is a specialist Behaviour Change communications company, who focus on inspiring people to change their behaviour. You may have seen many of their campaigns on TV, such as - Respect Women, TAC, WorkSafe and Respect Victoria. They are also working on a campaign that is drawing focus to the LGBTQIA+ community. 

This was such a fun and interesting episode to record and I most certainly learnt a lot especially about myself. We discuss the importance of teaching, communicating, learning, motivation and how it can all lead to positive change and growth ESPECIALLY for the LGBTQIA+ community.
