Understanding the science behind nutrition, physical activity, and other health behaviors in one thing. Actually changing these behaviors, for ourselves or our patients, is quite another.
In this special episode of the Gaining Health podcast, we want to recognize and celebrate Mental Health awareness month with an episode dedicated to behavioral health.
