Two years ago back in 2014, a state-appointed emergency manager in Flint, Michigan, decided to switch the city's water source to the Flint River. This led to the creation of a man-made water crisis that potentially poisoned thousands of people and shed light on infrastructure issues across the country. However, it wasn't until last week, two state employees and one city worker became the first officials to be charged for their role in the crisis nearly two years later.
