We sit down with Margarita Nezarenko from The Blond Avenue and talk communication, cheating and how unexpected it is when your best friend suddenly leaves.  

Understanding our partners value system and communication style enabled Margarita to realise she could communicate best in a letter while doing long distance with her now husband, Simon.  It enabled her to carefully select her language as she conveyed the meaning of her feelings rather then getting emotional, which she explains is a waste of time.  

She encourages if they are not getting it - find a different way to communicate. Her and Simon have since exchanged life skills and understand each other better. Now she looks at the end goal and reverse engineers the situation rather then getting emotional.
