The Kings have pulled off their longest win streak since Mike Brown in 2022, is this level of play sustainable as it seems that the players have bought into Doug's message and seem to be playing with a lot more urgency and crispness. They discuss how the team feels more connected when they play, with guys like Keon Ellis and Malik Monk seemingly playing better under Christie. The boys then pivot to some football and discuss what they saw from the Philadelphia Eagles and their Wildcard matchup vs the Packers. The Eagles defeat the Packers 22-10 in the Wildcard round! Marcos discusses what he saw from this game. He talks about the physical tone that was set by the Eagles from the opening kickoff. The offense struggled in Jalen Hurts first game game back from a concussion. Although the defense showed out and played one of it's best games of the season. They won the turnover battle and the Packers couldn't keep up with the physical nature of Philly, and it led to a lot of injuries for the Packers. The NFL Playoffs are finally here! The boys make their playoff predictions to discuss who they think will make it to the Super Bowl this year! They start the pod by breaking down the Eagles vs Packers matchup in the wildcard round. Will Jalen Hurts be out of concussion protocol by game day? What should the approach be for Philadelphia as they aim to take down the injured Green Bay Packers at home? Marcos discusses what stood out from this game starting with Saquon Barkley, and what an accomplishment it is to surpass 2,000 yards rushing for the season. The Eagles have now won 10 in the row for the first time in franchise history, after beating the Steelers 27-13 at home. Marcos discusses what stood out in this game, starting with Jalen Hurts and the offense throwing the ball all over the Steelers. Marcos talks his confidence level with this team and how they are the best team in the NFL when every aspect of the game is clicking. The defense also did a great job containing Russell Wilson and controlling the time of possession.
