Happy Holidays EDBL family! Thanks for joining us for another episode. Today we are joined by not only by a great mixologist but a great friend Bootleg Greg! Gregory Genias, now better known as BootlegGreg, was born in the hills of Cockpit Country Trelawny, Jamaica. His transformation into BootlegGreg began at an early age, where he learned the benefits and uses of plants and herbs for the human body.

Naturally, this led to a prominent career in food & beverages from high-end resorts in Jamaica to bartending for the Super Clubs Chain. In 2005, BootlegGreg moved to Montego Bay`s Hip Strip, where he created his first cocktail menu for the prestigious Nikkita’s bar and restaurant.

Many beverage programs, awards and accolades later – Gregory now co-owns BootlegGreg Cocktail Co.
