This episode features Ola Diab, Services Experience Leader at IKEA Service Office Australia. Growing up in Syria, Ola talks us through her career journey from working with UNICEF in the Middle East to working at IKEA Australia in Sydney. She’s also recently become a mum, so she is busy juggling a career and raising family, and while it is understandably challenging, she is very grateful of the support she is receiving from her IKEA co-workers as she navigates this new chapter in her life.
