For our guest Landon Roberts these are the driving forces that push him in his personal and professional journey. Landon is a Lighting Designer, news junky, coffee addict, and a Penn State graduate hailing from Los Angeles, California. Behind the bulb is a deep dive into the ideas and industries of our world. Have you ever looked at a structure and asked what ever happened to the people that built this?  What motivated those people to wake up in the morning and head off to work? No matter the occupation, these are real questions. Put simply, why do we do what we do?

This season we focus on the building industry. We know the basic principles of how things are built, but we often don’t know the narratives of the people involved in building them.
