Mel is the owner/director of Roller Girl Gang, an inclusive organisation that teaches empowerment through roller skating. She runs classes, events and has a Leeds city centre shop that sells roller skates. Run by women, for everyone.

Mel's top tip for personal development: Feedback is always a gift. Even unsolicited or negative feedback, you can learn from this. It's sometimes difficult to hear without becoming defensive though!  When you know better, you can do better.
