  • Meet Nina Klemm: A Woman Who Leads

    Episode 18 is here!

I am thrilled to introduce an exceptional female entrepreneur who exemplifies strength and resilience in both her professional endeavors and personal life. Nina Klemm, originally from Boston, made a bold move to Indianapolis, diving headfirst into the competitive real estate market. Her enthusiasm and energy are truly infectious, as evident in her insights and experiences shared in this podcast. Nina gained notable recognition on Bravo's reality series Flipping Exes, where her unique approach to real estate and dynamic personality shined through. With a background in the fashion industry and expertise as a personal stylist, she made an impressive career pivot into real estate. This transition not only enabled her to sell houses but also revealed her innate talent for home design, which she seamlessly integrated into her work. She then expanded her focus to interior design, helping clients transform their living spaces into beautiful, functional homes.

As we sipped on some wine we recapped the holidays, chatted about current events, viral topics/stories and goals for 2025. Both Ashley and I do not do New Year resolutions, but we definitely are investing in a word that encompasses what 2025 means to us. Both of us are not there yet with the specifics but we have great starting points lol. After listening to the podcast if anyone has any suggestions PLEASE let us know haha! We also have some funny stories for you to listen to :)

  • After Dark Edition :: Age Gap Dating

In this episode we got a little festive since Christmas is next week of course! We tried Pink Diamond Wines from Two-EE's Winery located in Huntington Indiana, chatted about current events, viral topics/stories and the topic of age gap dating. Both Ashley and I are not new to this topic...we've dated/talked to men that were younger in age but why? For me personally I could never connect with someone my age or older....maybe I am just a young soul idk :) even my boyfriend now is 4 years younger than me. I think age does play a role in relationships but I don't think it should be a deterrence on getting to know someone especially if other factors align. We dive into this topic and more on this episode!

  • Navigating Divorce and Therapy

In episode 15, we touched upon Ryan's journey, particularly his experiences surrounding a difficult divorce. He openly shared how he faced his inner demons and the challenges that arose during that tumultuous period. What’s truly inspiring is how he recognized the need for change and embarked on a path of self-improvement. Ryan's openness about his experiences serves as a powerful reminder that healing is not a linear process; it often involves trial and error, and seeking help in multiple ways can be beneficial.
