Football Camp. Sounds fun right? Like grab your bestie, sleeping bag and mouth piece and let's go! Ehh Football Camp is a grind and I'm giving you an inside peek into what our camp season looks like. Charlie, my husband, is with the San Francisco 49ers and is going into his fourth NFL camp. You'd think it get's easier every time he leaves but man this one was tough. At least I have my Tommy Shelby to get me through. If that last sentence confuses you well then you just gotta listen to the pod!

I know, I know the idea of a 50 minute episode about birth doesn't sound very exciting but just like everyone's birth story ours is unique and gives you a peak at the external stresses we had going into welcoming our little guy into our arms. A lot of this episode we were remembering how it all went down as we were talking about it. Bringing life into the world is a blur but we hope you enjoy our blur with us.

It has been almost two years since I have recorded. A lot of life has happened but I'm excited to be back on the mic. Behind the Helmet is getting a reboot. We will still be BEHIND THE HELMET but more personal to us. Let us know what you think!
