One of the themes of the the Behind The Image Leadership podcast has been the importance of our origin story. Sometimes our origin story is shaped by something that's happened to us. But other times, it's a result of a personal struggle or a battle with addiction. And the same tools that help someone find sobriety can then be incredibly powerful in leading individuals, teams, or organizations.

On today's episode I have a conversation with Kate Buckner. She's a long time friend, a vocational pastor, and someone who's leadership approach has been shaped by her past experience with addiction and recovery. She shares very openly about her journey of healing and transformation.
