Ashhad Kwadwo Agyapong is a cinematographer who's made a name for himself for his edgy contemporary style of visuals creation. Originally from Trenton, New Jersey Ashhad knew that if he was going to make it out of his environment he was going to have to make the most out of the opportunities that came his way. Heavily involved in sports growing up, a mentor and coach encouraged him to try track and field and that's what he did. He worked his way on to the University of Rhode Island track and field team where he quickly made a name for himself breaking many of the school's records before his departure. After he departed from university he decided to try running the professionally for a few years. After a trip to Brazil, a specific scenery sparked a thought in his head that made him want to capture the moment and images that he saw. A few years later he decided to make a decision that would change the trajectory of his path. He stepped away from competing as an athlete to helping athletes behind the scenes as a coach at his former school. From coaching, he took a position to help create a school athletic program. shortly after that he picked up the camera and started developing his skills by reaching out to people and started to offer his services. Ashhad was a part of the original "Get Twisted Sundays" video creation from world-renowned rapper Tobe Nwigwe. Ashhad now works with a lot of Houston's top models, musical artists and many more.
