    This week Thomas is looking at the broadcaster Chris Moyls and how he made it into the world of radio from his beginning on BBC radio 1 to now the Radio X Breakfast show Which he has been hosting now for almost 10 years.

    He also delves into the rich history of Heart Radio (And the other spin of station heart has like heart 80s and 70s and 00s and 90s) from its beginning in 2003, to today, and looks at the big milestones they have reached as well as examining some of the ups and downs over the years.

    And Finally, to round off the week, he looked at how the production team Record the show and a live show and a pre-recorded show so that they can use voice tracking, and then when it is live they can upload the live one to the app and it can be listened to again!
