In order to get to a final version of a product, countless hours and time has to be put in. The time spent on perfecting the product is conducted behind the scenes where the public cannot see. You are the product that many see but they do not fully see because you are a constant work in progress. 

In this latest episode, I touch on healing being a process at a very high-level in my own way and some of the steps that I had to take in order to heal (BTS). I take you on a bit of a rollercoaster but trust me the full episode is worth the listen.
