When making a reservation you are scheduling a dedicated time to usually be present at an establishment. However, what if you made a reservation with yourself to check in regularly with yourself and be self-aware of your current state? 

This EP is about recognizing who you are and thinking inwardly when things are going well and when things are not. Make routine reservations with yourself and know that you are the priority by checking in on yourself.

This is me! This episode is so raw and so real. I decided to truly share my story about loved ones lost and how I neglected myself and was losing myself last year. The Struggle is Real, especially when you do not take care of yourself by putting everything else before YOU.

As stated in the previous episode "Lessons are Meant to be Learned" and the lessons that we learn in life WE are supposed to apply to make ourselves (YOU) better! It was at a turning point where I had to step out and trust myself and understand that I needed a break to be present with myself to get well! 

Life is not easy and circumstances happen that are out of our control. We harbor a lot of pain, We take on the World, and We neglect ourselves, when in turn we are supposed to be still and get better. 

This episode is heartfelt and it is from me to you, this is ME!

Fine Tune, is about taking the dial (You being the dial of correction) and tuning it so that you can correct your mistakes. Dial it in and understand that you are a constant work in progress that can make the necessary adjustments.

In order to get to a final version of a product, countless hours and time has to be put in. The time spent on perfecting the product is conducted behind the scenes where the public cannot see. You are the product that many see but they do not fully see because you are a constant work in progress.

History was made on January 20, 2021 (Inauguration Day), with the first EVER woman (BLACK WOMAN) sworn in as the 46th Vice President of the United States of America. Furthermore, WE ALL Witnessed a YOUNG BEAUTIFUL QUEEN, Amanda Gorman, share with the word an eloquent Poem  that SHOOK THE WORLD! To be Black in this world from the eye of others has been, and currently is negatively stigmatized. The word "BLACK" has been given a negative connotation, yet My Black People Still Rise. Despite the challenges that WE, my BLACK & BROWN people face, are hurdles many cannot identify with, however we make it work. This is a heartfelt episode highlighting the EXCELLENCE of my BLACK & BROWN people that embody the greatness that not many see.

I was just in a zone and after I finished my meditation, I realized that I have been feeding my "Mind... Body... Soul". In reflection I believe that I am connected to My Source that gives me life by operating in my triangle.

After J.L. Smoak’s most listened and talked about episode “Mask Off”, J.L. decided to take a much needed break to allow the material to settle in. Slowly scaling back and detracting from the world, J.L. sat back and observed. It was months later after going through a healing process (still healing) that J.L. decided to speak again from the heart and share his heartfelt message, “Let it Flow”.

In the words of J.L., we often contemplate and over complicate life’s situations. Often when trying to control everything, rather than letting it flow, we can become our own hinderance.
