In this episode I bring you my first guest (yay!), my dear friend Brianne :)
Brianne is a Pageant Queen and fellow actress who has been competing in pageants for the past 9 years.
So, what does it take to be a Pageant Queen? I had no idea before this conversation. My knowledge and view on Beauty Pageants and such were very limited. I caught glimpses throughout my life of Miss Universe or Miss USA, beautiful woman - seemingly perfect - strutting down the runway in a bikini, smiling from ear to ear, radiating; answering very tricky political questions with grace and ease. How?
I always wondered what it was REALLY like to be on that stage and behind the scenes, the nitty gritty of it all. How it is to be a woman amongst so many other women competing for this title.
In this conversation Bri and I talk about this, and how it has changed her life and ger relationship with herself and those around her. Eye opening and heart opening <3
Enjoy!
