Sometimes certain aspects are industry specific, but being well rounded and understanding different perspectives helps with critical thinking and problem solving. My guest today shares his decade plus of experience in the film and television industry and gives us insight on what really works.

Bobby Hoppey holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Corporate Communications from Elon University. His executive experience includes indie finance shops Complementary Colors, Valparaiso Pictures and Echo Lake Entertainment, where he oversaw their respective in-house project slates. His most recent producorial credits include Neon's Pig starring Nicolas Cage (streaming on Hulu) and the LGBTQ rom-com Straight Up (streaming on Netflix)—both Independent Spirit Award nominees. Bobby has a number of feature projects currently in development through his new production shingle Coveside Films.
