Welcome to this week’s episode of the Igniting Your Health podcast!

In today’s episode I’ll be talking about what goes on behind the scenes of setting your health goal.


What is it that you really want to achieve? What is your ultimate health goal?

I don’t want you to think of it as something that can be measured … like losing a certain amount of weight or breathing better or creating the healthy habits that will get you there.

I want you to think of it as something that makes you come alive inside. That feeling that lights you up and makes you smile just thinking about it.

Because when you have a goal you want to achieve, yes, you have numbers to track and it should be realistic and achievable within your capabilities. But you also have to have that motivation or that driving force that makes you want to change. That reason or desire that keeps you moving forward to get to where you want to be.

This week's episode will dive into all aspects of goal setting, including having a goal, making it S.M.A.R.T., and the mental aspect of working towards your goal.
