Miami Marlins pitcher Geoff Hartlieb had a unique journey to finding his way to the mound. Hartlieb was an all-state basketball player in high school and attended Quincy University for basketball. Next thing he knew, he was transferring to Lindenwood University to play baseball, leading him to be drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 29th round of the 2016 MLB Draft. Hartlieb joins Jared as they discuss all the transitions he had to make, how he found success in baseball, and what it was like to make his major league debut in 2019.
