At the recent Our Sporting Future conference run by the Australian Sports Commission, I tried to catch up with one of the organisers, Tim Arnold. Tim was very busy during the conference but luckily we were able to catch up this week over the phone (so I apologise for the difference in sound quality!). I highly encourage any sport administrators to attend the next conference in 2017.

In this episode I look at the research from the La Trobe University’s Centre for Sport and Social Impact/AFL Victoria titled 'Value of a Community Football Club' (follow this link for a hard copy).
With the horrific passing of Adelaide Football Club Senior Coach Phil Walsh on July 3rd, this week's episode is a sad and tragic reminder of the importance of Crisis Management.
Vale Phil Walsh...
