She shares her journey and story as wife and caregiver to her husband, EODCS (ret) Kenton Stacy who sustained severe wounds on November 17, 2017 leaving him a paraplegic and blind in one eye. Life changed forever for the Stacy family on that day and the challenges continue to be vast. Lindsey says that her faith has kept her going along with periodic moments of self-care and reflection. Today, the Stacy’s are looking forward to the next step of moving into an adaptive home, which will provide positive change for the entire family. Over the years, many organizations, friends and family have provided unwavering support the to Stacy Family, and they are forever grateful.

Our good friend Aaron Hale made time to speak with Mike and I about his career in the military, and the day that his life forever changed in 2011. An IED explosion took his eyesight, and caused multiple life threatening injuries, and a long road of rehabilitation. Aaron is a retired Army EOD Technician, Entrepreneur, father, husband, son and friend. He is truly an inspiration and is always full of wit and humor. Learn about the trials and triumphs he has endured, the love for his family, running, and cooking. Aaron shares his perspective on why he has good days, hards days, but never a bad day.
