Your business will never outgrow the person running it.
That was one of the biggest lessons I took away from my conversation with Peter Boolkah.

"You're struggling because you do not know what to do next. So look at what's holding you back and go and get the skills."
It's easy to blame the economy, the competition, or bad timing.
But Peter reminds us that lasting business growth begins when we stop waiting for things to change—and start changing ourselves.
