Burning out is (unfortunately) something that’s becoming more common - and quite a foreign, scary thing to experience. We have both gone through a bout of burnout, and whilst it definitely wasn’t the best time of our lives (!!), we think it’s an important topic to talk about. "Do I just need to do better? Or am I burning out?" These are questions to keep in mind as we talk about how we came to realise we were burning out and things we did to get back in.

Constructive feedback… it’s a give and take relationship. We would all rather say and receive positive things about our workmates, but there are times where we have to put our hard hats on and dig into the less positive aspects. How we miss overseas travel… but as we are entering into Omicron (and probably another however many variants), the chances of borders reopening look like a faraway dream.
