Records. The record of “Most Murders by a Serial Killer” is no exception. And that honor goes to Sam McDowell Little.
Starting in 1971 and continuing for 20 years, the FBI confirmed Little's involvement in at least 63 of the 93 confessed murders - the largest number of confirmed victims for any serial
killer in United States history.
