She advises executive teams on HR, DEI, safety, training, and compliance with government policies. With 30 years of leadership experience across industries including banking, healthcare, IT, HR consulting, retail, and transportation, Shanae is committed to mentoring youth and advancing opportunities for underserved communities. She holds a B.S. from Johns Hopkins and an M.A. from the University of Phoenix, and was recognized among Maryland’s TOP 100 Women in 2021.

Patrick F. Mutch is President and CEO of Chase Brexton Health Care since 2017. With over 50 years in healthcare leadership, he's directed systems across Maryland and Boston, focusing on underserved communities. Patrick specializes in transforming healthcare delivery, developing leadership, and forming strategic partnerships. He holds B.A. and MPH degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, actively participates in community organizations, and teaches at Hopkins Carey School of Business. Patrick is married with two children and six grandchildren.
