In tandem, he is also the Founding Partner of R360, where they lead groups of sophisticated investors, philanthropists, and intellectuals. He shares that one of the main goals in his life is to help other people achieve their dreams, and he believes that networking and matchmaking are key to achieving this goal. He discusses the concept of work-life balance, or the idea that one should try to have a balance between working and living life outside of work. He recommends establishing boundaries with loved ones, staying healthy, and investing time in things that are important to you outside of work.
