In case you aren’t familiar, every year we release a special episode around Valentine’s Day in which we share the stories from our beloved ICONIC listeners! We’re asking you to send in your ARMY stories again--tell us how Being An ARMY has impacted your life!

No story is too big or too small to share, we wanna hear them all!

This month's charity is the American Heart Association. Heart disease is the number one killer of Americans, and specifically, 1 in 3 women is diagnosed with heart disease. Heart health is even more important now than ever due to the impact of the coronavirus on the public's heart health, as recent research is showing the potentially harmful effects on the heart and vascular system that COVID may cause.

On Feb. 5th, you should “Go red for women” by wearing red! You can also help drive research and further educational campaigns by donating to the American Heart Association by going to heart.org and clicking the “donate” button.
