We’re back with another identity disclosed episode. Today we are hearing from Julia Gallay (@gallzprovisions) a Toronto based baker. Over the last two years, her micro bakery has blown up- local businesses, influencers, and big brands have started to take notice of her beautiful and delicious cakes, which she makes and decorates entirely on her own.

Julia tells us the whole story: how she got started, what steps she took to make it her full time job, and all of the myriad of stressors and emotions that come with this sort of leap, including imposter syndrome and confidence. Although she found success quite quickly in this endeavor she vulnerably discusses all the unseen work she did on herself before while facing depression, an eating disorder and her parents divorce.
