 I've always been an introvert. I would spend my days alone in my room reading a good book with a cup of tea rather than going out for a party. When we live in a world that celebrates being extroverted it got me thinking how do we introverts navigate the world of the extroverts? how do we fit in? but most importantly how do we introverts maximize our potential? That curiosity led me to interviewing Mr. Niresh Samaranayake who is the head of human resources at Axiata Digital Labs. He is also a self-proclaimed introvert who is also (drumroll please) a DJ!
