Being at Peace When Others Are in Pain

So many people have been writing to me as of late wanting to know how to stay OK, when the world is filled with so much suffering. With the roller coaster ride of the past two years, many of us are feeling overwhelmed and beaten down by compassion fatigue. In this episode, we focus on how you can stay in your own highest, and truest energetic vibration, even when those around you are suffering, and why doing so is a gift not only to yourself, but to the world as a whole.

Many of us have learned that caring means sharing in other people’s suffering. But nothing could be further from the truth. Caring simply means that we honor the integrity of another person’s experience.

The best way to help heal the planet is to lend your highest vibration to the collective.

The joy you feel in the present moment especially when the world is in a dark place is the joy the world needs to help get through the darkness.

We are here to experience all of the human emotions, and sometimes they will be the ones that don’t feel as good to us.

You can have compassion for others who are having a hard time and suffering without being pulled into their vibration.

Unconditional love is honoring the process of life in all its aspects, even the ones that don’t feel good emotionally or make sense to your mind.

If you are someone who feels like you have to fix everyone’s pain, please meditate on that.

Honoring someone else’s experience means being a witness to their experience. The more unconditionally loving and neutral we can be, the deeper the healing.
