1 in 4 men in Europe are childless, most of which are not by choice.  However, very few men are talking openly about this.  There's no need to suffer in silence, it's time to start having this conversation.

Dr. Robin Hadley is a world-renowned expert in the field of male childlessness.  His interest in this area stems from his own personal lived experience which led him into years of research.  

He is the author of numerous articles, blogs and studies on the subject, including his book How is a Man Supposed to be a Man? - Male Childlessness, a life course disrupted.

Grace O'Reilly just keeps going.  She refuses to let anything get in her way.  She's going to make the most of this one life  despite having to deal with Fibromyalgia, a hidden disability, often misunderstood.  Grace is a published author and finds writing to be very therapeutic.

Grace bravely recounts the childhood bullying she experienced which led to years of Bulimia, long after the bully and their corrosive actions had moved on.

Now, older and wiser, Grace, through her writing wants to raise awareness around Fibromyalgia and Bullying to bring greater understanding and compassion to these topics.

Sadie discusses her new book 'The Hidden World of a Foster-Girl".  An open and honest account of growing up in the Irish Foster Care system.  She overcame crippling anxiety, mental health issues and dyslexia to become a published author, Special Needs Assistant and pretty cool all-round wife, mother and friend to many.

Elizabeth Bolger James is a Changemaker. What's a Changemaker? It's someone who takes creative action to solve a social problem.

She has overcome many challenges in her life.  She's hear to tell us what she's learnt and her many stories had me rivetted, especially her close encounter with a World War II bomb!

When Elizabeth gave up alcohol, she lost many life-long friendships.  When the pandemic struck, she realised that a lot of people were lonely and looking for a way to connect with people to form new friendships.  Elizabeth started the 'Wexford Daisy Chain of New Friends' via Facebook and it took off immediately.  Now with over 2.2k members, the group is growing each week and connecting people all over Wexford and the South East of Ireland.  Elizabeth's dream is to create a Daisy Chain network in every county in Ireland.
